2011 Lodge Committees

Finance	Harry Dolder Mike Ryan Randy Aldrich	It is the duty of the Finance Committee to examine the books, vouchers, and other documents of the Treasurer and Secretary and make a detailed report in writing each year at the stated communication in January. All bills, accounts, and claims against the lodge shall be referred to this committee, and it shall report upon the same.
Charity	Steve Beckler Mike Ryan Mark Portwood	It is the duty of the Charity Committee to act on behalf of the lodge in the exercise of its benevolence toward those entitled thereto and administers the charity funds of the lodge. The Charity Committee may also take such measures in caring for the sick as any sudden contingency may demand and disburse such funds as are contained in the Charity Fund for said purpose.
Education	Doug Darrow Bill Ganschow Dana Roggentien	It is the duty of the Education Committee to provide a program of instruction for the Craft in Masonic Education, distribute educational materials to the members, and to assist the Lodge Service Committee in the performance of its duties.
Fund Raising	Larry Cochran Harry Dolder (for show only) Mark Portwood	To provide leadership in organizing fund raising activities and oversee their performance.
Lodge Activities	Mark Petersen Mark Portwood Perry Beckler Steve Beckler	To plan and oversee Lodge activities, other than degree work and fund raising, such as, but not limited to, family picnics and fellowship gatherings.
Lodge Visitation	Mike Ryan Harry Dolder Bruce Dolder	To arrange visitations to other recognized Lodges, encourage the necessary Brothers to attend, and to notify the Lodge of your intention to visit.
Food	Dana Roggentien Rich Rugger Need more help here	To prepare and supervise the serving of food for stated communications and degree work.
Investigation Committee	Kevin Ealy Dana Roggentien Steve Beckler	The obligation of this committee is weighty. The primary concern is to determine the prospective member is upright and moral before God and mankind.
Membership	Larry Cochran Perry Beckler Mike Ryan	To suggest possible new members and above all to ensure the existing members are provided the best care possible.
Clean up	Chris George Gary Wilkinson Dale Lenz	To bus and clean the tables after each meal, load and start the dishwasher, and sweep the floor if necessary.
Scholarship	Bill Ganschow Larry Cochran Darrel Ealy Jim Bartels	To read and discuss the scholarship applications and with the guidance of the Finance Committee, decide how many scholarships we are able to provide.
Trustees	Jere Covington (thru 2012) Mark Wright (thru 2013) Gary Wilkinson (thru 2011)	To oversee the condition of the building and grounds, make or contract the necessary repairs, and oversee the rental property.
Publicity	Bruce Dolder Harry Dolder	To publish a monthly newsletter, maintain the lodge website, and to publicize our community involvement in the local news so that our Lodge might become more noticeable in the community.
Snack Shack Renovation	Randy Aldrich Doug Darrow Justin Wade	This is a temporary but important committee. The main task is to oversee the repairs and maintenance of the Snack Shack.
Hiram in the Hills	Steve Beckler Mike Ryan Harry Dolder	To procure and prepare the outdoor site for this event. To appoint committees to handle registration, food, and to line up the candidate and degree team.
